Resul Genç (born 18 December 1989) is a Turkish philosopher, logician, and academic known for his work in the field of logic. He is particularly known for his studies on quantum logic.[3]

Early life

He was born on 18 December 1989 in Konak district of İzmir. He grew up in a culturally philosophical environment in and around the Agora.[4]

Academic work

His academic work began with his presentation at the Gaziantep University15th National Logic Workshop, where he presented his work titled "The Uncertainty Principle in Quantum Logic."[3] Later, he participated in the 1st National Logic and Mathematics Workshop at Pamukkale University with his work titled "The Mathematical Structure of Quantum Logic."[5] Finally, he gave a presentation at the 1st Logic Symposium at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University with his work titled "The Onto-Epistemological Structure of Quantum Logic."[6]

Academic ideas

He has received praise from many philosophers and logicians for his work on quantum logic, but has also been criticized many times. He is known for his pioneering and dominant views in the fields of philosophy and logic, and has influenced many people in the field of logic, especially with his critique of classical logic studies and Aristotelian logic.[7]

He graduated from Afyon Kocatepe University Department of Philosophy, in 2024 as the top student in his department, having started in 2020.[8]

Due to being a keen reader, he received the Afyon Kocatepe University Central Library Award at the National60th Libraries Week.[9] [10]
