SAS Crown is an under-construction residential multi-skyscraper project in Hyderabad, India.[3][4] It consists of three towers, each rising to a height of 235.3 metres (772 ft).[5][6][7] All three towers structurally topped out in October 2024 and became the tallest buildings in Hyderabad and South India, and were the 25th-tallest buildings in India at the time.[8][9][10]

Composition
The SAS Crown project consists of five skyscraper towers, of which there are two pairs of conjoined blocks and one standalone tower.[11] Each tower has 58 floors above ground and 4 basement floors below ground for parking. Across all the towers, there are 235 luxury 4BHK and 5BHK apartments.[9][10] The size of apartment units range from 6,565 square feet (610 m2) to 8,811 square feet (819 m2), including "sky villas" that occupy the entire floor.[12]
