Early life and education
Beres began his career in finance, working at Barclays after graduating from New York University.[1][better source needed]
YouTube career
He launched his YouTube channel in 2020, initially gaining attention for "Wikipedia Speedruns" before pivoting to YouTube Shorts.[citation needed] In 2024, Sambucha participated in Ludwig's Streamer Games as a member of Team YouTube.[2] In 2025, he won the Dual-Format Creator of the Year Award at the 17th Annual Shorty Awards.[3] In January 2026, he received international press coverage for a viral video in which he spent 45 minutes working as a fraudulent employee at a Best Buy location.[4]
