Solange Charas is an American researcher, academic, and business executive whose work focuses on human capital management, corporate governance, and workforce analytics. She is affiliated with The Conference Board and teaches in graduate-level human capital management programs at Columbia University.[1]

To make a claim for WP:NAUTHOR several favorable reviews of her books need to be cited. Other than that she would need independent and detailed coverage, WP:42, which I do not see. Academic work
Charas teaches in the master’s Program in Human Capital Management at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies. She has also held adjunct teaching roles at New York University and the University of Southern California.[2]
Her research examines the relationship between human capital management practices and organizational performance, including governance, workforce analytics, and performance management systems.[3]

She is the founder of Charas Consulting and HCMoneyball, organizations focused on human capital advisory services.[4]
