Early life and education
Saha was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He studied at Rangpur Zilla School and Notre Dame College before enroling in the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2004 to study computer science and engineering.[1] While in his third year at BUET, he started working as a freelance web developer, which later led to his first business venture.[2]
Career
In August 2008, while still a university student, Saha co-founded the software company Analyzen with his classmate Ridwan Hafiz.[2][3] While initially focusing on software development, the company expanded into digital marketing.[2] The company later became a multinational operation, setting up branch offices in Singapore and Myanmar.[2][4]
In 2017, Analyzen won the silver medal in the "Rest of South Asia Digital Agency of the Year" category at the Campaign Asia-Pacific Agency of the Year awards.[5] At the 2019 BASIS National ICT Awards, the company won three Champion awards.[6][7]
In 2020, Saha launched the YouTube channel and education platform Learn with Sumit, which provides Bengali language programming tutorials and structured web development resources for beginners.[8] The platform provides free, structured web development and coding resources for beginners.[1] The platform now trains students in software engineering.[8][1][3]
