Career
Tommy first came to prominence with his creation of his homebased business[3][4] turned restaurant Nothing But Cheese Burgers (NBCB).[5][6][7][8] He started using Tiktok as a way to market his restaurant and soon explored different content such as skits and POV videos. He gained more traction from his highly popular "Daddy" skits and was scouted to act in projects such as Mediacorp Channel 5 "Provocative", a special appearance in movies such as "Hi Noel" and "Money No Enough 3" and secure a leading role in the 2026 Chinese New Year film "3 Good Guys". [9][10]
Personal life
Tommy Wong attended Tanjong Katong Secondary School and pursued a Bachelor of Business in Accounting at University of Queensland after National Service. After graduating in 2012, he returned to Singapore and started his career in banking and insurance until he created NBCB in 2021.[11]
He is married with 2 sons and is the only child of his parents.
