Trueblood is an American alternative rock band formed in San Diego, California, in 2019. The band consists of brothers Cameron, Dylan, Mason, and Ethan Trueblood. They gained traction on social media in late 2024 and began independently releasing singles. In early 2026, Trueblood signed with Mercury Records.[1][2]

History
Formation and early years
The Trueblood brothers began playing music together during the COVID-19 pandemic.[3]
Breakthrough via social media (2024 to present)
On November 15, 2024, Trueblood began recording covers of popular songs in their garage and posting them to TikTok. The videos immediately attracted attention, regularly reaching tens of millions of views, and the group quickly built an audience.[4] At present, Trueblood has seven million TikTok followers, three million Instagram followers, and half a million YouTube subscribers.[1][2][5]
Throughout 2025, the band independently recorded and released a series of singles. The band embarked on their first headline tour in July, playing shows along the West Coast of the United States. A second tour in early 2026 visited four East Coast cities before returning to southern California.[6]
In March 2026, Trueblood signed with Mercury Records, a subsidiary of Universal Music Group. Following the signing, the label issued the group's major-label debut single, "Make It Out", on March 20, 2026.
