WebNX began as a digital design and development studio in 2008, providing brand identity, website design and online marketing to small and medium-sized businesses.[1] Its work later expanded to include user interface design, e-commerce, mobile applications and custom software development.[2]
The business was incorporated as WebNX Global Services Private Limited on 3 July 2025 and is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Its directors are Satyendrakumar Ramjibhai Chaudhari and Jhems Satyendrakumar Chaudhari.[3][4]
