Elina Mikhina (born 16 July 1994, in Ridder) is a Kazakhstani athlete sprinter specialising in the 400 metres.[2] She won the silver medal at the 2016 Asian Indoor Championships. Since January 2018 she has been an athlete at the Kazakhstan professional track and field club Altay Athletics.

Her personal bests in the event are 52.09 seconds outdoors (Almaty 2016) and 52.53 seconds indoors (Ust-Kamenogorsk 2018).
