The False Oaths (Scotland) Act 1933 (23 & 24 Geo. 5. c. 20) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments related to false oaths, declarations, and statements in Scotland.[1]
Repealed enactments
Section 8 of the act repealed 59 enactments, listed in the schedule to the act, so far as they applied to Scotland.[2]

Subsequent developments
The offences that were previously contained in the act were consolidated into the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995.[1]
The whole act was repealed by section 206(1) of, and paragraph 3 of schedule 7 to, the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 13), which came into force on 28 March 2011.[3]
