Gachin Rural District (Persian: دهستان گچين) is in the Central District of Bandar Abbas County, Hormozgan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Gachin-e Bala.[4]
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 19,479 in 4,343 households.[5] There were 20,741 inhabitants in 5,379 households at the following census of 2011.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 18,960 in 4,832 households. The most populous of its 26 villages was Gachin-e Bala, with 3,936 people.[2]
