Georges-François Leclerc (born 26 October 1966) is a French civil servant who has been serving as the representative of Emmanuel Macron as co-prince of Andorra since 2025.[1] From 2024 to 2025, he served as prefect of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.[2]. From 2021 to 2024, he served as prefect of Hauts-de-France.[3] From 2019 to 2021, he served as prefect of Seine-Saint-Denis.[4] From 2016 to 2019, he served as prefect of Alpes-Maritimes.[5] From 2012 to 2016, he served as prefect of Haute-Savoie.[6] From 2010 to 2011, he served as prefect of Aube.[7]
