Godrej Properties Limited is a real estate company with its head office in Mumbai, India[6] and is one of the top three developers in Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune.[7] A subsidiary of Godrej Industries Group, the company was established in 1990 under the leadership of Adi Godrej.[8] Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).[9] It operates in Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Nagpur, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Noida, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kochi.[10][11][12][8]
