Grainville School or, more simply known as Grainville, is a non fee-paying state-owned secondary school in the parish of St Saviour in Jersey. The school was opened in 1980.[2]
Grainville School is an 11–16 state non-fee paying secondary school in Jersey, Channel Islands. It was established in 1980.
Guardsman Fletcher Cox became the most famous former-pupil of Grainville School in September 2022 when he was one of eight pallbearers at the funeral of Elizabeth II.[3][2] In 1978, Queen Elizabeth II visited Grainville School as part of her tour around the Island.[2]
Reform Jersey politician, Tom Coles, also attended Grainville School.
Academic Performance
In 2022, 82% of students gained 9-4 in English and 78% in Maths compared to the Jersey average of 81.6%.[4]
