Henry Leal Bizama (born 16 December 1972) is a Chilean politician who serves as deputy.[1][2][3]
He was born in Carahue, in the La Araucanía Region, on 16 September 1972, the son of José Herminio Leal Vega and Rosa Inés Lizama Peña.[4]
Professional life
He completed his primary education at the Mission School of the Pancul sector in Carahue. He is a lawyer from the Austral University of Chile, specialising in administrative law, and holds a master’s degree in economics as well as a master’s degree in regional management.[4]
In the exercise of his profession, he has served as a legal advisor to municipalities and public institutions.[4]
