Howard Feggins

Howard Anthony Feggins (born May 6, 1965) is an American college football coach and former player. He is the special teams coordinator and running backs coach for Hampton University, a position he has held since 2024.[1] He was the head football coach for St. Augustine's University in Raleigh, North Carolina; a position he has held in 2023.[2] Feggins played professionally as a defensive back. He spent several seasons in the National Football League (NFL), but only played during the 1989 season with the New England Patriots. Feggins played college football at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a cornerback and safety for the North Carolina Tar Heels, he totaled 169 career tackles.[3]
