Hydroxyurea dermopathy

Hydroxyurea dermopathy is caused by chronic use of hydroxyurea for chronic myelogenous leukemia, thrombocytosis, or psoriasis, and presents with skin lesions characteristic of dermatomyositis.[1]: 135
