Srdanović specialises in cardiology and is a healthcare expert.[3] Srdanović has worked at the Insitute for Cardiovascular Diseases of Vojvodina since 1997. He has been a professor for urgent medicine at the University of Novi Sad since 2018, earning the title of a full professor in 2025.[2] Srdanović was an independent candidate in the 2026 Medical Chamber of Serbia elections.[4] He was defeated by Miodrag Stanić.[5]

A supporter of the student-led anti-corruption protests, Srdanović spoke several times at student protests.[6] At a protest in September 2025, Srdanović claimed that the government used chemical toxic agents against demonstrators.[7] Srdanović was revealed to be a candidate of the Student List for the 2026 Serbian parliamentary election in September 2026.[2] On 14 September, when the Student List submitted their list, it was revealed that Srdanović is their ballot holder.[6]

As a healthcare expert, Srdanović supports a healthcare system that "will be at service of citizens and based on equality for all patients" (u službi građana i zasnovan na jednakosti za sve pacijente). He supports the decentralisation of the healthcare system.[6] In an interview with the FoNet news agency, Srdanović said that his goal is to create "a better Serbia, nothing else is important".[8]
