Iranshah (Persian: ايرانشاه, also Romanized as Irānshāh) is a village in Kakavand-e Gharbi Rural District, Kakavand District, Delfan County, Lorestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 62, in 9 families.[1]
