The Irkutsk electoral district (Russian: Иркутский избирательный округ) was a constituency created for the 1917 Russian Constituent Assembly election. The electoral district covered the Irkutsk Governorate.[3] The constituency was assigned 5 seats in the Constituent Assembly.[4]
