Ishlya (Russian: Ишля; Bashkir: Ишле, İşle) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative centre of Ishlinsky Selsoviet, Beloretsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 436 as of 2010.[2] There are 8 streets.
