The karate competition at the 2022 FISU University World Cup Combat Sports was held in Samsun, Turkey, from 27 to 30 September 2022, as part of the inaugural FISU University World Cup Combat Sports.[1][2][3] The competition took place at Yaşar Doğu Sport Hall.[2] Sixteen events were contested, including ten individual kumite events, two team kumite events, two individual kata events and two team kata events.[4][5] A total of 202 karateka from 24 countries participated.[5]
