La Chapelle-Saint-Ouen (French pronunciation: [la ʃapɛl sɛ̃.t‿wɛ̃]) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.

A very small farming village situated in the Pays de Bray, some 17 miles (27 km) northeast of Rouen at the junction of the D38 and the D57 roads.
