Lecanactis minutissima is a species of corticolous (bark-dwelling), crustose lichen in the family Roccellaceae.[1] Found in Sri Lanka, the lichen is characterised by its pale ochraceous thallus and sessile apothecia with dark brown discs, covered with thick white granular pruina.
Lecanactis minutissima was formally described by Gothamie Weerakoon and André Aptroot in 2015. The type specimen was collected by the first author in Morningside, Sooriyakanda, on the bark of a dead Syzygium tree.[2]
