Lesenice (Hungarian: Leszenye) is a village and municipality in the Veľký Krtíš District of the Banská Bystrica Region of southern Slovakia.
The municipality lies at an altitude of 169 metres (554 ft)[2] and covers an area of 7.36 km2 (2.84 sq mi) (2025).[4]
