Lirio is a former comune (municipality) in the Province of Pavia in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 50 km (31 mi) south of Milan and about 20 km (12 mi) southeast of Pavia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 153 and an area of 1.7 km2 (0.66 sq mi).[3]
Lirio bordered the following municipalities: Montalto Pavese, Montecalvo Versiggia, Pietra de' Giorgi, Santa Maria della Versa.
On 31 January 2026, it was annexed to the Montalto Pavese comune.[4]
