Lisen (Persian: ليسن, also Romanized as Līsen; also known as Līsīn)[1] is a village in Rahmatabad Rural District, Rahmatabad and Blukat District, Rudbar County, Gilan Province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 220 in 60 households.[2] The following census in 2011 counted 209 people in 61 households.[3] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 168 people in 58 households.[4]
