Lowlakan (Persian: لولكان)[a] is a village in Dasht-e Bil Rural District[4] of the Central District in Oshnavieh County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 770 in 162 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 874 people in 219 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 918 people in 221 households.[2]
