Madonne-et-Lamerey (French pronunciation: [madɔn e lamʁɛ] ) is a commune in the Vosges department in Grand Est in northeastern France.

Inhabitants are called Lamadoniens.

Madonne-et-Lamerey comprises a grouping of hamlets on the eastern edge of Dompaire. It is crossed by the little River Gitte, a tributary of the Madon.
