Mattaincourt (French pronunciation: [matɛ̃kuʁ] ) is a commune in the Vosges department in Grand Est in northeastern France.

Inhabitants are called Mattaincurtiens.

Mattaincourt lies on the southern part of the Lorraine Plateau, in a wooded area of gentle hills known as the Vôge. It is some 15 kilometres (9 mi) to the east-northeast of Vittel and 25 kilometres (16 mi) west of Épinal. The river Madon flows through the commune on its way north to join the Moselle near Nancy.
