Md. Mahbubur Rahman Belal (Bengali: মোঃ মাহবুবুর রহমান বেলাল) is a Bangladeshi politician affiliated with the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami. He is a member of the Jatiya Sangsad, representing the Rangpur-3 constituency.[1]
