Federal Route 421, Jalan Putra, Tanjung Lumpur-Indera Mahkota Bypass Road (Malay: Jalan Pintasan Tanjung Lumpur-Indera Mahkota) is a federal road in Pahang, Malaysia. Jalan Putra connects Federal Route 2 and FT183 Tanjung Lumpur Highway.[1]
The Jalan Putra was a part of residential road Jalan Sri Kemunting 2.[1] The construction of the new road connecting Tanah Putih and Tanjung Lumpur started on 15 June 2020, including 650 m four-lane dual carriageway and 451 m Tanjung Lumpur Second Bridge (Putra Bridge).[2]
The flyover connecting Bukit Setongkol Bypass Road and Jalan Putra completed on 22 March 2024, and open at 8 am, 1 April 2024.[2]

Federal Route 421 was built under the JKR R5 road standard, allowing a maximum speed limit of up to 90 km/h (56 mph).
There are no alternate routes or sections with motorcycle lanes.
