Martin Hunter (editor)

Hunter first worked as a sound assistant on Stanley Kubrick's The Shining (1980), after which he made his debut as editor on Kubrick's Full Metal Jacket (1987).^[2] He subsequently worked on several major Hollywood films and later in the horror genre, including Cadence (1990),^[3] Liebestraum (1991),^[3] Kalifornia (1993),^[1] Mortal Kombat (1995),^[3] The Arrival (1996),^[4] Event Horizon (1997),^[3] Soldier (1998),^[3] Underworld (2003),^[3] The Chronicles of Riddick (2004),^[4] Not Forgotten (2009),^[3] Whiteout (also 2009),^[3] and 11-11-11 (2011).^[3] He remains active in Hollywood and Sweden.^[1]

He married actress Holley Chanet, who later appeared in Event Horizon, on October 30, 1993.^[5] They later divorced in 2007 and Hunter married Linda Alexandra Hunter that same year.
