Mehdiabad (Persian: مهدي اباد)[a] is a village in Qaqazan-e Sharqi Rural District[4] of the Central District in Takestan County, Qazvin province, Iran.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 758 in 157 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 814 people in 184 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 513 people in 163 households.[2]
