Mesnil-Domqueur (French pronunciation: [menil dɔ̃kœʁ]; Picard: Au Mouni-Dontcheur) is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France.

The commune is situated on the D130 road, some 17 kilometres (11 mi) northeast of Abbeville. It is surrounded by the communes Cramont, Domqueur and Domléger-Longvillers.
