Replacements

Miss World Nepal 2024, Ashma Kumari, was replaced by Miss World Nepal 2025, Luna Luitel, for undisclosed reasons.^[11][12] Miss World Estonia 2025, Mari-Ann Rõuk, stepped down to focus on her studies and was succeeded by the first runner-up, Henel Vare.^[13][14] Lauryane Dilo of Guadeloupe was replaced by Annaëlle Ibo for undisclosed reasons.^[15][16] Rongfei Gan of China was also replaced by Yifei Dong for undisclosed reasons.^[17][18] Miss World Cambodia 2026, Soriya Khorn, withdrew for personal reasons and was replaced by Leakena In.^[19][20] Miss World America 2026, Jade Glab, was deferred to the next edition and was replaced by her first runner-up, Mary Sickler.^[21][22]

Miss Northern Ireland 2025 Carly Wilson has withdrawn from the pageant due to health issues.^[23][24]

Debuts and returns

This edition will mark the debut of Eritrea, French Guiana, Mozambique and Pakistan.^{[25][26][27][28]} Returning countries for this edition included Turks and Caicos Islands, which last competed in 2004;^[29] Malawi in 2012;^[30] Kosovo in 2014;^[31] Fiji in 2017;^[32] Aruba, the Cook Islands and Laos in 2019;^[33][34] The Bahamas and Saint Lucia in 2021;^[35] and Guinea-Bissau, Morocco, Norway, South Korea and Tanzania in 2023.^{[36][37][38][39]}
