Mútne (Hungarian: Mutne) is a large village and municipality in Námestovo District in the Žilina Region of northern Slovakia.
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1659.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 787 metres (2,582 ft)[2] and covers an area of 64.45 km2 (24.88 sq mi) (2025).[4]
