Nizhnyaya Mazneva (Russian: Нижняя Мазнева) is a rural locality (Russian: деревня, lit. 'village') in Nikolsky Selsoviet Rural Settlement, Oktyabrsky District, Kursk Oblast, Russia. Population: 13 (2010 census);[2] 29 (2002 census);[8]

Geography
The village is located on the Rogozna River (a right tributary of the Seym River), 77 km from the Russia–Ukraine border, 25 km north-west of Kursk, 18 km north-west of the district center – the urban-type settlement Pryamitsyno, 3 km from the selsoviet center – Stoyanova.[9]
