Northchase is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in New Hanover County, North Carolina, United States. Its population was 3,842 as of the 2020 census which is up from 3,747 in 2010.[4] Northchase is located in the statistical township of Cape Fear.U.S. Route 117 passes through the community. Northchase was first listed as a CDP at the 2010 United States census. [5]
