The Nurses (Scotland) Act 1951 (14 & 15 Geo. 6. c. 55) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments related to nurses for the sick in Scotland.[1]

Repealed enactments

Section 35(1) of the act repealed 4 enactments, listed in the fifth schedule to the act.[2]

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by section 80(1) of, and schedule 4 to, the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 8), which came into force on 1 April 2002.[3]
