Pan Liang (Chinese: 潘良; pinyin: Pān Liáng; born September 1956) is a retired Chinese politician who served as deputy ministerial level official in the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and before that, chairperson of the Board of Supervisors for State-owned Key Large Enterprises. He was investigated by China's top anti-graft agency in December 2025.[1][2]

Pan was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu, in September 1956.[3]
