Paul Kanitra (born August 2, 1979)[1] is an American Republican Party politician serving as a member of the New Jersey General Assembly for the 10th legislative district, having taken office in January 2024.
He graduated from Point Pleasant Beach High School and attended Texas Christian University. He worked in the office of Representatives Chris Smith and Mike Ferguson.[2] Kanitra has been a resident of Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey, and served as the borough's mayor since his election in 2019 until stepping down to take office in the General Assembly.
