Port Bailey Seaplane Base (IATA: KPY[2], FAA LID: KPY[3]) is a public use seaplane base located in Port Bailey, in the Kodiak Island Borough of the U.S. state of Alaska.[1] It is privately owned by Kadiak Fisheries.[1]
