Progati Sarani is a major avenue in Dhaka, Bangladesh,[1] which connects Rampura to Kuril Flyover.[2][3][4] In 2005, the Dhaka City Corporation officially renamed it as Bir Uttam Rafiqul Islam Avenue.[citation needed] However, it is still widely known as Pragati Sarani.[5][6][7]
