Raj Kumar Gupta is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the CPN (UML) who served as the Minister of Federal Affairs and General Administration of Nepal from 15 July 2024[1][2][3][4] until his resignation on 15 July 2025 amid a bribery scandal.[5][6][7] Gupta is also a member of the 2nd Federal Parliament of Nepal. In the 2022 Nepalese general election, he was elected from the Parsa 3 (constituency).[8]
