Shakeel Ahmad Khan (born 1 January 1965) is a Former member of the 16th assembly of Bihar state in India.[1][2][3] He is a National secretary of the Indian National Congress (INC).[4]

Shakeel Ahmad Khan was born and brought up in Kabar Kothi area of Katihar District in Bihar. He got his early education at his native village. He did his graduation from Patna University. However he moved to Delhi to pursue higher studies. He continued his education at Jawaharlal Nehru University from where he obtained M.A., M.Phil. and Ph.D.[5][6][7]
