Clark Cottage (New Zealand) → Clark Cottage – Disambiguation pages with only two entries are not desirable, the New Zealand has received cottage somewhat more pageviews over the last year. I'd also much prefer if the Scottish cottage was moved to the base title, as ultimately with a dab page with two entries means 100% of readers will have to click through to another article as opposed to ~50% Traumnovelle (talk) 01:21, 1 June 2026 (UTC) — Relisting. ⹃Maltazarian ᚾparley

- Oppose. No primary topic per long-term significance. However, rename Clark Cottage (New Zealand) → Clark Cottage, Hobsonville and Clark Cottage, Scotland → Clark Cottage, Port Charlotte. Buildings are usually disambiguated by the settlement they're in, not the country, and we use comma (rather than parenthetical) disambiguation for sites in most Commonwealth countries. -- Necrothesp (talk) 11:49, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
- Currently anyone who searches for 'Clark Cottage' has to come to a disambiguation page and click through to the page they want. Without a dab page and a hatnote only ~50% of those who search for it will need to. This is a benefit to readers no matter which page ends up occupying the primary title. - That's just not how disambiguation works on Wikipedia. If there is no clear primary topic we use a disambiguation page. Don't know why we'd make an exception here. -- Necrothesp (talk) 11:02, 3 June 2026 (UTC)
- Because readers are not benefited from a scenario of a disambiguation page with only two entries. We want as little readers as possible to have to navigate a disambiguation page to find the topic they were searching for. Traumnovelle (talk) 05:58, 4 June 2026 (UTC)
- Oppose per WP:NOPT, the New Zealand one has 46 views while the Scottish one has 31[] which I don't think is a large enough gap even with just 2 uses. Crouch, Swale (talk) 18:46, 2 June 2026 (UTC)
- Oppose. Two-item disambiguation pages are completely acceptable and recommended by WP:NOPRIMARY. 162 etc. (talk) 06:12, 8 June 2026 (UTC)
