Continuing use of the term Death Panel in press

Another article using it in the title, this one from March of 2017. The American Thinker offers up: Ryancare: Death panels are still in the bill. [1]

The article describes Death Panels: "The Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) is the most prominent of the government death panels in Obamacare. Liberals intuit the Pavlovian signal to denounce conservatives whenever a Republican signal goes up that the IPAB even exists.
