Re-write
Did a bit of a re-write on this article. Apologies if I have trampled on anyone's toes, but this article looked like it needed love, and hadn't had any in a long time. Legis 13:33, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
Aus & NZ
I was reading Getzler & Payne, Company Charges - Spectrum and Beyond (ISBN 0-19-929993-5) and in the foreword Lord Millett claims that the floating charge has been abolished in Australia and New Zealand. Is that correct? --Legis (talk - contributions) 16:23, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
Merge proposal
I propose merging Qualifying floating charge into Floating charge. I think the content in 'Qualifying floating charge' can easily be explained in the context of this article, and merging them would not cause any article-size or weighting problems. Duncnbiscuit (talk) 06:10, 13 January 2026 (UTC)
