Gaga's comments about Madonna were among the documentary's most widely discussed moments in reviews and media coverage, and the scene is not only about admiration; it also reflects the film's broader focus on vulnerability and public scrutiny. Cast Appearances

• I'm not sure this section is warranted when documentaries aren't casting people in the way a conventional film would for movie roles, and it might be redundant in some capacity when you already discuss real people instead of fictional characters within the previous section anyway. If you believe otherwise, then we should add citations, especially for anyone listed here who wasn't already discussed.

Semi-done I see the concern, and Cast is probably not the best heading for a documentary. I have renamed it to Appearances, which better reflects that these are real people featured in the film rather than actors in scripted roles. Contributors could also work, though I think Appearances is clearer for people shown onscreen.

Question: Would the documentary itself not be sufficient as a source for this? For the basic fact that these people appear in the film, the film is the primary source. A citation to the Netflix page is already present in the article, though I can add it here as well if needed. Hmm, you could probably use a film citation (I can aid with formatting refs to movies) for anybody listed there who isn't already named within "Synopsis", and it does seem more appropriate to use "Appearances" than "Cast" now that I think about this some more. I've added the director to the ref.^[1] I'm not sure about naming Gaga in there, though. She is obviously the film's subject, but listing her as an "autobiographer" in the citation feels a bit off for an AV media source, unless there is a specific parameter or source wording supporting that role.
